‚ÄčYou, your employees and direct family members have access to our comprehensive online portal of qualified counsellors on hand 24/7. With a Freephone number dedicated to your company, your employees can choose and call a counsellor instantly and free of charge from a mobile or a landline.

Our service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Talking to the ideal counsellor instantly is very simple. Your employees go to Pro-Counselling’s online platform and choose the person they want to talk to among an extensive list of qualified counsellors. They can see if the counsellors are currently available, in session or offline. If they are available, they can reach them instantly. From a mobile or a landline, the employees dial the Freephone number followed by the 4-digits code of the counsellor available they want to talk to, and they will be instantly put through with him or her.  

In case your employees don’t have an internet connection, they just dial the Freephone number and press star to be connected to one of our counsellors available.

Access the full profile of each counsellor and find out about their experience and specialities. 

Access their schedule to know when each counsellor is planning to be online in the platform.

This feature is particularly helpful for structured telephone counselling with the same counsellor and when employees want to follow up on previous sessions with their counsellor.

The service is entirely confidential and anonymous and the calls are never listened or recorded. Our counsellors follow the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) code of ethics, and therefore they will not breach confidentiality unless an individual is deemed a danger to themselves or anybody else. 

No appointments needed, no waiting, no triage. Your employees receive the clinical assessment as soon as they call and benefit instantly from structured counselling with the counsellor of their choice.

An authorised person from your organisation can access a secured online space via our website to view in real time the list of calls and be informed on the duration, date and time as well as the general motive of each call (personal reason, conflict with the hierarchy, feeling of harassment…). This tool will help you to measure the effectiveness and value of your EAP.

Live reporting and data assessment  

We can also send you periodical reports with quantitative and qualitative insights that can help you maintain a healthy workplace. The report will also summarise all the activities undertaken by Pro-Counselling for your organisation.

Wellbeing Online Space

We can deploy of one or more counsellors on request to your organisation’s premises, and within 24 hours when the situation requires it (Critical Incident Response).

We offer Stress Awareness Trainings for managers at your company’s premises to learn how to identify, apprehend, understand and manage work-related stress from its early signs.

Our Financial Advisor can run Pension and Retirement Workshops at your company’s premises to give you and your employees guidance on appropriate financial planning for pension and retirement. Our Financial Advisor is authorised and regulated by the financial conduct authority.

Financial and legal advice  

A qualified Financial Advisor and a qualified Legal Advisor are available to you and your employees over the phone by appointment. 

Face-to-face counselling
 

We can arrange face-to-face counselling sessions with one of our affiliate counsellor’s private practice within 20 miles of employee’s home or workplace. 

Quality Assurance

We are committed to deliver high-quality customer service. We have a robust quality assessment in place to measure customer satisfaction so that our service remains top quality.

 

Our Counsellors aim to answer at least 90% of the calls within 20 seconds. In the unlikelihood the counsellor called is unable to answer the phone, the caller will have the option to be instantly redirected to another counsellor available. We aim to have at least 2 counsellors available on the platform at all time.

We work with an extensive network of counsellors to provide telephone and face-to-face counselling support to employees in a wide range of personal and work-related issues.

Our Counsellors are all UK-based and qualified under the British standards.

The counsellors are members / accredited of at least one of the recognised professional bodies:

 

  • BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy),
  • UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapists)
  • HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council)
